We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Designer to join our team. As an Senior Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate clients’ brand message and marketing objectives. You will take the lead on a variety of creative projects, from UI to Social Media, website graphics, high fidelity wireframes, logos, marketing collateral, website designs and print materials.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the brand’s message and marketing objectives.
- Strong understanding of design hierarchy, color psychology, typography and how it all conveys the client’s brand message.
- Develop and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital media assets such as banners, social media graphics, and website designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet the needs of the business.
- Experience creating stunning brand guides with clear direction on brand assets. Incorporating and creating mockups is plus.
- Use feedback from stakeholders to iterate on designs and ensure they meet the project’s requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques and bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Provide support in creating branded templates and guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
- Experience with High/Low Fidelity Wireframes and Prototyping in Figma
- Experience with creating designs for both digital and print media.
- Advanced knowledge of UI/UX design principles is required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to take direction and work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
