Account Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our Consultative Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, prospecting qualified companies and scheduling discovery calls to identify client needs. Maintaining and growing existing client relationships is an important part of continued success as an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and lead generation
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer solutions through web development services
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales agreements that highlight the capabilities and benefits of web development services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful sales processes and web development projects
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity in the web development space
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth in web development


  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in web development, software, or related fields. Hospitality experience will serve you well.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client first mentality – extremely important
  • Ability to understand problems clients are facing and align solutions based on client needs
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build relationships
  • Understanding of web development concepts and graphic design principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and identify business opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field
  • Willingness to travel as needed
